About The Comfort House
Welcome to The Comfort House
The Comfort House is a warm, ranch-style home located directly across the street from Rogers Behavioral Health Hospital in Wisconsin. It was created as a haven for Jewish families who have a loved one receiving care and need a nearby, private place to stay.
A Space to Rest and Regroup
Navigating a loved one’s mental or behavioral health journey can be emotionally and financially overwhelming. The Comfort House offers you a place to stay, relax, and find calm — all at no cost.
Whether you're staying overnight, taking a break between visits, or simply needing quiet time nearby, our home is open to you.
Why “The Comfort House”?
We chose the name with care. Our goal is to offer comfort, stability, and community during a difficult time. The house is fully equipped for your stay and is close enough to walk to Rogers — even on Shabbat or Jewish holidays.
Your Home While You’re Here
Whether you're coming from near or far, we invite you to make The Comfort House your home away from home — with everything you need to feel supported.
